Rock ’n’ Roll Meets Great Futures at Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee’s Annual Gala Fundraiser.

Club members at Wayne Street Unit join in the spirit of the Clubhouse Rock Gala

Spring Hill, TN – August 30, 2025Boys & Girls Clubs of South-Central Tennessee (BGCSCTN) will host its annual Clubhouse Rock Gala on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 6:00–10:00 p.m. at the iconic Worldwide Stages, Building #100, in Spring Hill, TN.

This year’s gala, presented by Farm Bureau Insurance and First Farmers & Merchants Bank, promises a high-energy, rock ’n’ roll–themed evening to raise funds and awareness for youth programs across South Central Tennessee. The evening begins with the high energy of a tailgate party, where guests can enjoy themed cocktails, delicious bites, and lively games, all while getting an exclusive first look at our immersive Club experiences. As the sun sets, the celebration transitions into an elegant, rock ’n’ roll–inspired ballroom, beautifully styled by Festive & Flair. The night comes alive with live rock music, spirited performances from our talented Club Kids, including the Wayne Street Dance Group and BGC cheer squad, and a youth emcee guiding the crowd through heartfelt parent testimonials and powerful stories from families and alumni. The evening culminates in a thrilling live auction featuring rare collector’s items, celebrity-signed memorabilia (including guitars signed by Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett), and exclusive experiences such as a six-night stay at a luxury cabin in Clifftops, Monteagle. Guests will also have the chance to bid on these items via a silent auction.

“We are so excited to amplify the voices of kids in our community and show you who the real stars are—our Club kids.
This event is all about putting our kids center stage. You’ll hear their stories firsthand and see the impact of the mission you are helping to fuel.”

– Ginny Wright, Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee
