FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I enroll my child?

All existing Club Members will need to complete the online account set-up process before you will be able to register online for the first time and/or manage your account. Please review below how to properly set up your online account before beginning to register for programs.  

STEP 1:

Ensure you have a valid email connected to your BGCSCTN membership account. If you don’t or are unsure, please contact member services your Club and we will assist you. 

STEP 2:

Log on to https://operations.daxko.com/Online/5425/MembershipV2/MyAccountV2.mvc 

STEP 3:

Enter your email or phone number associated with your membership.  

STEP 4:

If you do not have an existing account, you will be prompted with the question ‘Would you like to sign up for an account?” 

Select SIGN UP, select a membership and complete the information required. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully joined.  

STEP 5:  

If you do have an existing account, enter in your email address or phone number associated with your account and click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link. On the next screen, you will have the option to have a secure link be sent to your email OR you can select one of the three options to have a one-time code sent for quick login. 

If you select the link option – check your email. Click the link provided and create your password. Your password must be at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number.  

We are committed to providing a world-class experience to any child or family who seeks it! If you are seeking financial assistance, please complete that form with the Clubhouse you are registering with BEFORE going to Step 6. This will ensure that you have the appropriate rate assigned to your account.

GO BACK TO https://operations.daxko.com/Online/5425/MembershipV2/MyAccountV2.mvc 

Enter your email address and password. You are ready to search and register online for programs!  

Where do I drop off and pick up my child?

You will pick up and drop off at the back of building.

How do I update or change my child’s pickup person?

Please log into your account and update your pickup list and notify director or membership coordinator.

What does my child need to bring each day?

For summer program, lunch box, change of clothes and label water bottles. After-School program extra snack and backpack.

Are meals or snacks provided?

Snacks are provided daily and during breaks we have that parents provide breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.

What kinds of programs does this location offer?

Homework help/ tutoring, Archery, Lego club, Art club and BGCA targeted programs.

What is the cost of membership?

$55 per week for school year and $75.00 for summer program.

Is financial assistance offered?

To apply for financial assistance, please complete the Financial Assistance Form and return it to your Club Director.

Are there field trips or special events offered, if so are there additional costs?

Yes, we do have field trips during breaks and sometimes we ask parents to pay a small portion of that.

Is transportation available?

Yes, we pick up at E.A. Cox, Whitthorne Middle School, Riverside, and Baker. Maury County Public Schools will bus over Brown Elementary and Highland Park Elementary.

HALEY MOSTILLER
WAYNE STREET/ HOWELL UNIT DIRECTOR

Wayne Street/Howell Unit Director Haley Johnson began her Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee journey in 2016 as a Youth Development Coordinator. Over the years, she has served in multiple leadership roles, including North Area Coordinator, where she managed all Spring Hill sites under the direction of the North Area Director. Haley’s dedication to our kids is evident in her positive attitude and unwavering commitment, no matter the challenges the Club may face. She completed BGCA’s Club Directors Academy in early 2020 and became a certified Tier One National Trainer later that year. She has also provided leadership at the Columbia Teen Center before being promoted to Wayne Street/Howell Unit Director in September 2025. In addition to her site leadership, Haley is deeply passionate about programming. She will play a key role in designing and shaping middle school programs across our other sites, ensuring youth have engaging, impactful experiences that support their growth.
