Nancy Lieberman Charities and Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee to Unveil New Dream Court™ in Pulaski

The new outdoor basketball court will provide a cutting-edge space for recreation, connection, and community engagement.

PULASKI, Tenn. – October 30, 2026 – Nancy Lieberman Charities (NLC), in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee, will celebrate the grand opening of a Dream Court™ in Pulaski on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

Located at 540 Massey Drive in Pulaski, the new outdoor court will provide children, teens, and families with a dedicated space for recreation, physical activity, and community engagement. The project was made possible through the support of Nancy Lieberman Charities, Brindley Construction, Pulaski Community Foundation, Sun-Drop Bottling Company, Mid South Concrete, and other community partners.

Basketball legend and two-time Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer Nancy Lieberman will  join local officials, community leaders, and Boys & Girls Club members for the ribbon-cutting celebration.

“Every Dream Court we open is about so much more than basketball. It’s about creating a safe place where kids can dream big, build confidence, develop friendships, and believe in their potential. We are thrilled to bring this Dream Court to the Pulaski community and provide young people with a place where opportunities are created, lives are impacted, and dreams can begin.” said Nancy Lieberman, two-time Basketball Hall of Famer and Founder of Nancy Lieberman Charities.

Designed as a multi-use outdoor recreation space, the Dream Court™ will accommodate basketball, pickleball, and other youth activities. The court will also be available to the broader Giles County community for recreational play, leagues, rentals, and youth programming. In addition, it will support the Club’s healthy lifestyles programming by encouraging physical activity, teamwork, and positive relationships among young people.

The Dream Court™ grand opening marks another significant milestone in the ongoing expansion of the Pulaski Boys & Girls Club. The project will nearly quadruple the Club’s indoor space, increasing its daily capacity from approximately 40 children to as many as 150. Once completed, the expanded facility will feature a dedicated teen space, updated program rooms, renovated bathrooms, a modernized kitchen, and additional resources to support academic success, STEM education, arts, and other youth development programs.

“We are thrilled to see this Dream Court become a reality for the children and families of Pulaski,” said Ginny Wright, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee. “This is so much more than a basketball court. It is a place where kids can build friendships, gain confidence, stay active, and discover new possibilities. As we continue expanding our Pulaski Club, we are excited to open more doors for young people across Giles County, giving them the space and opportunities they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, community partners, and supporters, Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee has raised a sizable portion of the funding needed for the Pulaski Club expansion. The organization is now working to raise an additional $300,000 to furnish and equip the renovated facility, ensuring local youth have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

The Dream Court™ will complement the expanded Club by providing additional outdoor spaces for recreation, youth leagues, and community activities.

“None of this would be possible without the generosity of Nancy Lieberman Charities and the many local businesses, donors, and community partners who have helped bring this project to life,” Wright added. “Their support is a wonderful reminder of what can happen when a community believes in its young people. We are so grateful for their commitment to our kids and the bright futures ahead of them.”

The grand opening celebration will include a dedication ceremony, ribbon cutting, and an opportunity for attendees to see the new court. Community members, families, and local media are invited to attend.
