Pulaski, TN — Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee is proud to officially announce Kiane Taylor as the Club Director of the Pulaski Club, following his impactful service as Interim Director and Area Coordinator. Kiane brings a deep passion for youth development, strong ties to the community, and a clear vision for the future of the Club and the young people it serves.

Kiane is a man of faith, deeply involved in his local ministry, and a devoted husband and father of three. He brings his heart for service into every aspect of his leadership. Kiane began his journey with Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee as a Youth Development Professional at the Wayne Street Unit. In May 2025, he was promoted to Interim Club Director for Pulaski, where his energy, empathy, and commitment to the Club’s mission quickly earned the trust of staff, families, and youth across Giles County.

“I’m excited for what this move means for the youth of Pulaski and Giles County,†said Taylor.

“It is an opportunity to serve kids and help them reach the Club’s mission in a larger capacity, and that in itself is a blessing and a privilege to me.â€Â

Known for his warm leadership style and strong presence in both Club spaces and his ministry work, Kiane embodies the verse he lives by: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as if working for the Lord, not for men.†(Colossians 3:23)

As Club Director, Kiane is focused on making the Pulaski Club a true anchor for youth—a place where they feel safe, seen, and supported, and where long-term opportunities in academics, career development, leadership, and wellness can flourish.

“I want this Club to thrive,†he said.I want it to be a place where young people feel safe, heard, and valued. A place where strong lasting relationships are built and youth have the tools they need to excel in life beyond the Club.â€Â

That vision is already being realized. This spring, the inaugural Milk & Honey Gala raised over $30,000 in support of the Club’s future, energizing the community and helping fund the expansion of programming and critical facility renovations.

“Kiane has shown tremendous heart and leadership throughout this transition,†said Ginny Wright, CEO of BGCSCTN. “He’s built strong relationships with our Pulaski kids and families and brings a bold vision for the Club’s growth. We’re excited to see how he continues to elevate our mission in Giles County.â€Â

“From day one, Kiane brought the energy and drive needed to lead a high-quality Club,†added Josh Campell, Chief Operations Officer at BGCSCTN. “His commitment to creating a safe, positive environment for Pulaski’s youth is inspiring. We are thrilled to have him in this role.â€Â

As BGCSCTN continues to invest in Giles County’s youth, momentum is building toward a full facility renovation and expansion, ensuring that more children have access to the transformative programs the Club provides.

The Pulaski Advisory Council, Club staff, and community partners remain united in their commitment to deliver consistent, life-changing services to the children and families who need them most.
