Missy assumed the role of Director of Resource Development at BGCSCTN in May 2021, with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. With a proficiency in events, community engagement, and creativity, Missy has been instrumental in driving record setting events and increasing community engagement/partnerships.

Missy’s visionary approach aims to create opportunities that amplify the organization’s impact. Passionate about her work, Missy finds joy in supporting the movement and feels blessed to have the opportunity to do all she can to provide even more opportunities to even more community youth. Simply because they deserve it.

Prior to her move to Tennessee, Missy owned her a dance studio and judged national dance competitions across the country.

When Missy isn’t at working, you can find her running or on the pickleball courts. Missy is active in her community and attends Harpeth Christian Church. Missy currently serves as a Spring Hill ambassador. Missy loves to sew, cook and create.
