Our trained staff and volunteers serve as that consistent, caring presence for hundreds of youth across Maury and Giles Counties each day. Whether it’s a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or a helping hand, our mentors are there to guide Club members toward brighter futures.

Right here in our communities, young people are paired with mentors who see their potential, nurture their strengths, and help them discover new opportunities. From building confidence to exploring future careers, these trusted relationships open doors — and minds.

Mentorship works. It helps kids stay on track academically, supports positive mental health, and prepares teens for life after high school. And for many of our Club members, the relationships they build with staff feel safer and more supportive than anywhere else — including school.
