FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I enroll my child?

All existing Club Members will need to complete the online account set-up process before you will be able to register online for the first time and/or manage your account. Please review below how to properly set up your online account before beginning to register for programs.  

STEP 1:

Ensure you have a valid email connected to your BGCSCTN membership account. If you don’t or are unsure, please contact member services your Club and we will assist you. 

STEP 2:

Log on to https://operations.daxko.com/Online/5425/MembershipV2/MyAccountV2.mvc 

STEP 3:

Enter your email or phone number associated with your membership.  

STEP 4:

If you do not have an existing account, you will be prompted with the question ‘Would you like to sign up for an account?” 

Select SIGN UP, select a membership and complete the information required. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully joined.  

STEP 5:  

If you do have an existing account, enter in your email address or phone number associated with your account and click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link. On the next screen, you will have the option to have a secure link be sent to your email OR you can select one of the three options to have a one-time code sent for quick login. 

If you select the link option – check your email. Click the link provided and create your password. Your password must be at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number.  

We are committed to providing a world-class experience to any child or family who seeks it! If you are seeking financial assistance, please complete that form with the Clubhouse you are registering with BEFORE going to Step 6. This will ensure that you have the appropriate rate assigned to your account.  

STEP 6:

GO BACK TO https://operations.daxko.com/Online/5425/MembershipV2/MyAccountV2.mvc 

Enter your email address and password. You are ready to search and register online for programs!  

Where do I drop off and pick up my child?

  • Hampshire Unit School – Around the back of the building, cafeteria doors
  • Culleoka Unit School – Auditorium doors, side of the building
  • Mount Pleasant Elementary School – Right side of building at the bus loop
  • Mount Pleasant Teen Center – Front doors of Mount Pleasant Community Center
  • Santa Fe Unit School – Set of doors to the right of the front office entrance
  • Woodard Elementary School – Around the backside of the cafeteria

How do I update or change my child’s pickup person?

Using your Parent Portal account or by emailing Brady Hargrove at bhargrove@bgcsctn.org

What does my child need to bring each day?

Summer

  • June: Snack(School provides lunch Monday through Thursday)
  • July: Breakfast, Lunch and Snack

School year

Any belongings that need to make it home for the afternoon(Backpacks, Homework, Lunchbox, etc.)

Are meals or snacks provided?

Snacks are provided year-round. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided during summer program in the month of June.

What kinds of programs do School Sites offer?

School sites run the same programs as Club sites that include;
    • Member of the Month
    • Sports and Recreation
    • SEL programming
    • Social Recreation
    • Homework Help and Tutoring
    • DIY STEM

What is the cost of membership?

  • School year – $55 per week
  • Summer program – $75 per week
  • Note: We will never turn away a child due to inability to pay. If you are requesting financial assistance, please reach out to Brady Hargrove at bhargrove@bgcsctn.org

Are there field trips or special events offered, if so are there additional costs?

During Summer and Breaks, we attend field trips once a week at least. Generally, BGC will cover 50% of all field trip costs.

Is transportation available?

Transportation is not provided for School-based sites. Please arrange alternative transportation.

BRADY HARGROVE
AREA DIRECTOR SOUTH

Area Director South Brady Hargrove first began working for the Club in 2016 as a Youth Development Coordinator. He went on to become the full-time Area South Coordinator, before being promoted to Club Services Director. As Club Services Director, Brady oversees the organization’s programming, in addition to managing the academic case management program and overseeing our part-time tutors. In 2023, he was deemed a Certified Praesidium Guardian by Praesidium – a national leader in risk management of sexual abuse of vulnerable populations – as well as a Child Abuse Prevention Education (CAPE) Specialist. Brady is also certified as an NTI Tier 2 trainer, an external assessor of program quality, a DIY STEM Specialist, and a Methods trainer.
