Missy Naff

Director of Resource Development

Director of Resource Development Missy Naff is a mission-focused, strategic leader who excels in bringing groups together to work toward a common goal. She takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. Missy has significant experience in decision making, community engagement, volunteer recruitment, and event planning. Joining the team in 2021, Missy is excited to bring her skills to the Club. 

Missy has worked with nonprofits for the past 18 years. With Best Buddies Tennessee, she worked closely with schools, community leaders, volunteers, and her team to further inclusion and awareness – not only in her community, but across Tennessee and the country. Leading local, state, and national events, Missy is noted for her ability to produce top notch events and her passion and dedication for mission-focused work.  

Prior to her move to Tennessee, Missy taught dance and judged national dance competitions across the country. 

When Missy isn’t planning events, you can find her in the stands watching her husband, Steve, play baseball. Missy’s cat, Puddles, was a top fundraiser for 3 consecutive years and is looking forward to continuing that reign. Missy is a member of Franklin First United Methodist Church. In her free time Missy loves to run, decorate, bake, and hike.
