Missy Naff

Director of Resource Development

Director of Resource Development Missy Naff has worked with nonprofits for more than 18 years. With Best Buddies Tennessee, she worked closely with schools, community leaders, volunteers, and her team to further inclusion and awareness – not only in her community, but across Tennessee and the country. Leading local, state, and national events, Missy is noted for her ability to produce top notch events and her passion and dedication for mission-focused work. Since joining Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee in 2021, she has launched a new Spring Hill Hero of the Year event and served as lead for two record-setting Great Futures Galas.

Prior to her move to Tennessee, Missy taught dance and judged national dance competitions across the country.

When Missy isn’t planning events, you can find her on the Pickleball court with her husband Steve. Missy’s cat, Puddles, was a top fundraiser for 3 consecutive years and is looking forward to continuing that reign. In her free time Missy loves to run, decorate, bake, and hike.
