Once your application has been completed in DocuSign, we will email a Square invoice for the first week’s payment & annual enrollment fee. In order to secure your slot, you must complete both the DocuSign application AND pay the Square invoice. By completing our membership application, you are also signing off on the 2021/2022 Parent Handbook, which is available for review by clicking here.
PLEASE NOTE: Your child’s slot is not secured until you have 1) completed the DocuSign application, 2) received and paid your Square invoice, and 3) received an official “Notification of Acceptance” email from Club staff. Club staff will email the acceptance notice within five (5) business days.
